To start the technician will provide remote and onsite support to residential and business clients and grow into managing networks and more advanced IT rollouts. - Perform field service visits to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain computers, networks
- Remote support on IT support tickets, work from home
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and equipment maintenance in an RMM
- Assist in project deployments for email migrations, cyber security rollouts, office moves, and software implementations “`Requirements“`
- Knowledge of Windows and MacOS systems and ability to work with Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to Document and create SOPs
- Located in Charleston area or suburbs
- Technical sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
