Your Opportunity:
Work closely and build relationshipswith the rest of the Tenable team, including Sales, CustomerAdvocacy, Research & Development, and Operations Troubleshoot,analyze and address customer technical inquiries and ensure timelyproblem resolution. Use remote troubleshooting techniques totroubleshoot and correct issues Analyzing vulnerability scanresults, system audits, and log events Help customers understandvulnerability scan results, system audits, and/or log events andprovide clear, concise, and actionable information to quicklyresolve issues Recreate customer software issues in a labenvironment for engineering assessment Ensure customer feedback isproperly captured and channeled into Product Management andResearch & Development Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tenableproducts and information security best-practices Create and publishsolution knowledge for re-use by customers and Tenable employeesContinually review personal performance metrics to ensure goals areconsistently met May perform other duties and responsibilities thatmanagement may deem necessary from time to time Opportunities forcareer advancement within Technical Support as well as otherorganizations within
Tenable What Youll Need:
Bachelor’s degree ina technical field (or equivalent experience) Knowledge ofnetworking,TCP/IP Ports and Protocols, Linux/Unix, macOS, Windowsadministration, patch deployment and system configuration Knowledgeof Computer, Network and Application security is a plus Knowledgeof Nessus or similar programs is a plus Previous experience incustomer support or network security A passion for helpingcustomers succeed Outstanding written and verbal communicationskills Strong analytical and technical skills with a strong desireto learn new skills at an accelerated pace Ability to multi-taskand manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Abilityto sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time Sometravel may be required Occasional availability to work weekends andHolidays Able to work hybrid/onsite location at HQ in Columbia MDLI-Hybrid LI-MM1 This is the base pay range for this position.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors,including the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies,location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in additionto base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-salesroles), depending on company and individual performance.
