PURPOSE OF JOB SUMMARY
To assist with managing the agency’s Information Technology function and provide technical assistance and training to employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1.Diagnose and resolve all technical problems for agency computers and network systems within the counties that GLEAMNS serves.2.Assist with the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs based on and related to user or system design specifications.3.Assist with the management of the agency’s E-Mail System.4.Assist with the agency’s backup systems, virus detections, file conversions and file recovery.5.Assist with the monitoring and maintaining of software/hardware systems.6.Assist with the design and maintenance of the agency’s web page.7.Assist the Computer Specialist in conducting classroom training on computers and software to all employees.8.Assist with the development of training Manuals, PowerPoint’s and Videos.9.Assist Computer Specialist in designing all communication systems within the counties GLEAMNS serves.10.Any other job-related duties deemed necessary by the Computer Specialist.
ACCOUNTABILITYFor the overall effectiveness of the agency computer systems, communications, and computer training.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma. Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. Computer certifications preferred or a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Network Systems, Computer Hardware, Software and File Servers. Must have a current driver’s license and be able to travel among the counties GLEAMNS serves.# []{style=”font-s”}
