Part-Time IT Help Desk Technician (Onsite – Flex, West Columbia, SC)

Every Friday and Saturday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Flex is a global leader in manufacturing and supply chain solutions-and we’re looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team in West Columbia, SC. This is a consistent part-time opportunity to support IT infrastructure at a cutting-edge manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Do:

Provide 1st-line technical support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, peripherals, and printers Troubleshoot and resolve PC and network connectivity issues Install software, patches, and updates on user devices Maintain accurate tracking of PC assets and supplies Build standard desktop/laptop images and support imaging processes Collaborate with the broader IT team and assist with network-related troubleshooting Work with vendors to coordinate hardware repairs

What We’re Looking For:

Associate degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10/11), PC hardware, imaging tools, and mobile devices Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus Reliable and punctual-this role is every Friday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM , onsite
