In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to clients, ensuring that their IT systems are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support and customer service, with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively. Duties Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the field, addressing any IT-related issues. Perform software troubleshooting and resolve technical problems related to computer systems. Manage desktop support tasks, ensuring all client devices are operational and up to date. Utilize Remedy or similar ticketing systems to track and manage service requests efficiently. Offer exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and understanding their needs. Assist with computer management tasks, including installations, upgrades, and configurations. Support both Windows and Mac OS environments, ensuring compatibility and functionality across platforms. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and improve client satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles is preferred. Familiarity with help desk operations and customer service best practices. Strong skills in software troubleshooting and desktop support. Experience with computer management tools and techniques. Proficiency in using Mac OS as well as Windows operating systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
