Identify operational areas of opportunity, improve profitability, customer experience, and effectiveness.
Lead continuous improvement projects and teams addressing these opportunities.
Positively influence and maintain key performance indicators.
Governance of Service Excellence Program and associated criteria.
Assist in implementing “Best Practices” at all branches that will improve customer experience.
Assist in the development of capacity and capability plans for operational growth.
Influence and motivate a progressive service culture by supporting central Service Department initiatives and goals.
Supervise central support team including technical services, warranty administration, and various service support specialists.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred.
3+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience preferred.
Proficient in the use of computers and related software (Word, Excel, etc.) and CAT Software-related systems.
Strong organizational, time management and problem•solving skills required, with the ability to meet organizational goals and objectives.
High degree of interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills is required.
Competitive urgency with the capacity to make sound decisions, evaluate organizational strengths and weaknesses, identify training opportunities, and continuously improve.

Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams and positive influence outcomes. Working Conditions The physical environment requires the employee to work primarily inside throughout the year.
Ability to travel consistently within the area of responsibility.
