Business Software Support Specialist Location:
5 days a week onsite, 9:30 to 6:30
EST Daily Responsibilities:
Complete a high number of basic technical support tickets (around 20-25 per day) Respond to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner Create and Maintain Detailed Comments in support request tracking system for business software issues Monitor Ticketing System (JitBit) to provide timely response to software issues Provide Customer/Branch Support to Resolve IT Related Problems- Mostly Surrounding the Go-Live of Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) Requirements Ability to follow policy and procedures documents to resolve issues Proven Ability to work in a fast paced environment, quick-learner, proactive and independent worker, good time management skills and customer service skills Previous Experience with JitBit or any other ticketing software Experienced with MS Office Suite Products (office, teams, excel, etc.) 1+ Years of Experience in a financial services or call center environment resolving technical or software issues Preferred Qualifications NLS, DL4 or related loan servicing/loan origination experience
Basic Understanding of Financial Services Industry Job Type:
