Desktop Support 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Seneca, SC 29678 Daily Responsibilities Serve as support tier between End User Support and infrastructure team Manage Yearly equipment refresh of end user desktops Creates and maintains detailed comments in support request tracking system for all issues Monitor ticketing system to provide timely response to software issues Provide customer support to resolve IT related issues/problems Assist with Hardware/software updates, maintenance, and testing, ensure solutions are implemented, upgraded, and maintained Provide Support For Software and Hardware issues for corporation’s branches and home office operations Requirements Customer Service Skills, Deskside Manner, Strong Communication Skills Basic Hardware and Software Troubleshooting and support skills Proficient with MS Office Suite IT Support/Help Desk Experience Preferred Qualifications IT Certifications and/or education is a plus
