Responsibilities Installs hardware and software systems; Maintains or repairs equipment, troubleshoots a variety of technology problems; Understands multiple operating systems (Windows, Chrome, etc.); Keeps current with new technology trends. Trains and supports other technicians. Coordinates district inventory systems. Trains and supports users in multiple positions (Media specialists, computer technicians, teachers, etc.) Responsible for inventory, MDM management, and surplus equipment.
