Description Our clients in North Charleston is hiring a Field Service Technician on a long-term contract basis with the opportunity to convert to a permanent employee after 18-24 months of satisfactory performance. This is a 2nd Shift, Tuesday- Saturday 3:00 PM – 12:00AM on-site shift. There are over 8,000 end users across their main campus in North Charleston as well as their satellite locations across the Lowcountry. This person will be supporting hardware used on the production floor such as laptops, monitors, desktops, and some cabling. They will be trouble shooting software on mainly Windows 10 desktop/laptops. This person will also be responsible for deploying of hot swap devices if needed, reimaging/loading of software on Dell devices. They will also perform walks to identify trouble devices and also working out of a break/fix queue.
