In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our clients in various locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a thorough understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Utilize tools such as Jira and Remedy to track issues, document resolutions, and manage service requests. Conduct installations, configurations, and maintenance of network devices including Meraki equipment. Analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvements in computer management practices. Support users on various operating systems including Windows and Mac OS, ensuring optimal functionality.
