Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
Deliver on-the-spot training to users as needed.
Understand and implement operating system imaging concepts.
Recommend hardware and software solutions to meet business requirements.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
Familiarity with computer and workstation equipment.
2+ years experience supporting end-user computing and desktop environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
