Job Description

Position Overview We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technology support for employees. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of IT issues, including hardware, software, meeting setups, AV equipment, network connectivity, mobile devices, and office phones. Key Responsibilities Respond to IT Helpdesk phone calls and provide end-user support. Track and manage all support requests through our ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to resolution. Install and configure hardware and software as needed. Set up and manage equipment for internal and external meetings. Oversee audio and video conferencing setups and sessions. Configure, image, and deploy computers for end-users. Provide after-hours IT support on an as-needed basis. Occasionally travel to satellite office locations to provide onsite support. Configure mobile devices (phones, tablets) for firm email, contacts, and calendar events. Support printers and manage output devices using Print Management tools. Track and manage loaner equipment inventory, including laptops, wireless cards, projectors, and screens. Collaborate with external vendors when necessary. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required. 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365. Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory (both on-premises and Azure). Knowledge of network hardware, such as hubs and switches, and remote network access tools like Citrix and GlobalProtect. Hands-on experience with imaging and deployment software. Skills in supporting audio and video conferencing tools, including Teams and Zoom. Knowledge of Print Management systems for printer support. Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively or independently. Experience with problem-solving remotely using remote assistance software.
