Nashville Office JumpCrew is looking for an entry-level IT Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees who need help with their computers, software, or basic technical issues.

What You’ll Do:

Be the first line of support for internal employees with tech-related questions or issues. Help resolve basic hardware, software, and login issues (Tier 1 support). Track and manage help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution and a great employee experience. Set up laptops, accounts, and permissions for new hires and offboarding team members. Support basic troubleshooting of audio/video equipment in conference rooms. Maintain accurate records of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.). Work closely with the IT Manager for tasks that require escalation or training.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong interest in IT and customer support — previous help desk, tech support, or customer service experience is a plus! Basic understanding of Windows 10, macOS, and Google Workspace (G Suite). Comfort using tools like Office 365, Slack, or Zoom. Familiarity with common computer hardware and mobile devices (Apple, Android, PC). Great problem-solving skills and a friendly, service-first attitude . Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
