Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer/printer hardware and software Resolve issues for clients in person. Basic printer troubleshooting and break/fix experience Track customer issues and resolutions Handle tickets in a timely manner Experience with Service Now and AD Work independently or with managers or other techs Have strong CS experience dealing with end-users Be able to work overtime when requested or necessary Be able to multitask and prioritize many different projects
