Job Duties:
Onboard school districts quickly and efficiently by connecting our platform with theirs, enabling Single Sign-On and integrated rostering; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across phone, video, and email channels, delivering exceptional customer service; Collaborate closely with teammates and software engineers to develop and improve internal tools that streamline operations; Manage SQL databases and work with authentication protocols like SAML and OAuth to keep integrations running smoothly; Onboarding school districts in a timely manner across various technologies and platforms; Resolve support tickets from school district IT teams, maintaining consistent responsiveness and high customer satisfaction; and Actively contribute ideas that improve onboarding workflows and internal tooling.
Requirements:
You bring excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer success; You have solid SQL skills and a working knowledge of networking, databases, and cybersecurity; You’re comfortable engaging directly with customers and internal teams across multiple communication platforms; You have a 2-year degree or equivalent experience, with a desire to grow your technical expertise; and Bonus points if you know authentication protocols (SAML, LDAP, OAuth) or IMS Global standards (LTI, OneRoster). We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member’s Supervisor and company policies.
