What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors As the IT Support Technician for our Nashville office, you will be responsible for providing solutions for hardware and software issues received through the IT Service Desk. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining a local inventory of computer assets as part of staff onboarding and an ongoing hardware refresh program for current staff. You will be the primary point of contact for staff in your geographic region of OHM’s market but will receive direction and comprehensive support from your supervisor and other IT Team members who work from their own geographic regions. Additional assignments and responsibilities may be given as scheduling and ability permits. Your Responsibilities Provide software and hardware support and resolve issues Provision and deploy computers and their supporting hardware Manage local inventory of computer assets Provide occasional after-hours support As-needed travel to remote offices (within 3-hour drive radius) Requirements 1+ year of equivalent work experience in an IT support role or active enrollment in a relevant degree program is preferred Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and mobile devices Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 & Microsoft Office 365 Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both written and verbal Ability to physically lift and carry computers and other related equipment CompTIA and/or Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus Benefits Summary At OHM Advisors, our people are our greatest asset.
