- 1 remote day per week) Position Summary Dean’s Professional Services is seeking a Member Support Analyst
- MFA Specialist to join a high-performing support team.
This role focuses on Tier 1 technical support for system access issues, specializing in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO), while supporting members with application-related inquiries and troubleshooting. You’ll be responsible for triaging and resolving service requests, guiding users through system access processes, and maintaining a professional and responsive service experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for MFA and SSO troubleshooting. Respond to and document inbound Tier 1 support calls and tickets using Salesforce. Resolve basic incidents and service requests for various applications (PEM, Member Portal, SMART, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and training materials. Support user access issues including password resets and account lockouts. Contribute to the improvement of support tools and service procedures. Deliver a consistent and professional experience for all members. Required Qualifications Experience supporting MFA and user access tools. Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts and workflows. Previous experience in Tier 1 help desk or technical support roles. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. High school diploma required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of healthcare operations or supply chain systems. Experience with PEM, CMS, SMART, Member Portal, or similar tools. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Prior experience in a call center or technical support environment. Basic understanding of data security protocols. Why Join Us?
