What We’re Looking For:
Service Desk Level 1 Analyst (hybrid) We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Level 1 Analyst to join our IT support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. You will provide first-level support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolution or escalation of IT-related problems. And yes, you’ll be doing all this while having fun, working in a culture that’s all about teamwork, mutual respect, and making sure you feel appreciated!

Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Pay:
$19/h
What You’ll Be Doing:
Promptly respond to support requests received via phone, email, and chat. Accurately log all interactions and incidents in the service desk ticketing system. Deliver first-level technical support for issues related to hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, or escalate to higher-level support teams when necessary. Ensure all service desk tickets are documented thoroughly and resolved in a timely manner. Conduct follow-ups with users to confirm issue resolution and ensure satisfaction. Continuously develop technical skills through training, certifications, and self-directed learning. Contribute to special IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Skils and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic networking. Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. ITIL Foundation (preferred) Microsoft 365
Certified:
