Educate users regarding procedures for securing PersonalIdentifiable Information (PII). Train or instruct users in theproper use of hardware or software. Develop training materials andprocedures related to the proper use of hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and repair technical problems or issues related tocomputer hardware, software, internet access, and peripheralequipment. Provide technical guidance and recommendations toresolve business problems. Analyze, recommend, and implementprocess improvements. Consult with users, management, vendors, andtechnicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
Analyze and provide recommendations for new or revised softwareproducts. Follow all company policies and procedures; protect company assets.
Address guests’ service needs in a professional, positive, andtimely manner. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage; prepare and review written documents accurately andcompletely. Assist management in training, motivating and mentoringemployees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of theGuarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Handlesensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect,diplomacy, and confidentiality. Comply with quality assuranceexpectations and standards. Monitor the performance of others toensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Enter andlocate work-related information using computers and/or point ofsale systems. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time orfor an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and placeobjects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds withoutassistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested bySupervisors.
