The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and customer service to our clients in various locations. This role requires strong technical knowledge across multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as experience with help desk software such as ServiceNow and Remedy. The Field Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Duties Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. Utilize help desk tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy to track and manage support requests. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide timely solutions. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Document all interactions with clients and maintain accurate records of service requests. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in IT support or a related field with a strong focus on customer service.

Proficiency in operating systems:

Windows, macOS, and Linux. Familiarity with help desk software such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently in various environments while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
