Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity, working with Employees in problem solving,training on softwares. Working with HR on new hires and fires in regards to safe keeping of passwords and softwares. Duties and Responsibilities:

{#duties-and-responsibilities dir=”ltr”}## Install, configure, document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with computer hardware. {#install-configure-document-troubleshoot-and-resolve-issues-with-computer-hardware. dir=”ltr”}## Install, configure, document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with local and network applications. {#install-configure-document-troubleshoot-and-resolve-issues-with-local-and-network-applications. dir=”ltr”}## Install, configure, document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with network, connectivity devices (switches, hubs, and etc.). {#install-configure-document-troubleshoot-and-resolve-issues-with-network-connectivity-devices-switches-hubs-and-etc.. dir=”ltr”}## Install, configure, document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with printers and digital imaging devices, tablets, microphones, or any other electronic equipment {#install-configure-document-troubleshoot-and-resolve-issues-with-printers-and-digital-imaging-devices-tablets-microphones-or-any-other-electronic-equipment dir=”ltr”}## Assist with security issues such as viruses, electronic intrusion detection, operating system vulnerabilities, and data protection. {#assist-with-security-issues-such-as-viruses-electronic-intrusion-detection-operating-system-vulnerabilities-and-data-protection. dir=”ltr”}## Assist in Active Directory working with user and computer accounts including testing software effects on new GPOs. {#assist-in-active-directory-working-with-user-and-computer-accounts-including-testing-software-effects-on-new-gpos. dir=”ltr”}## Audio-Visual technology setup and support, Distance Education Technology support {#audio-visual-technology-setup-and-support-distance-education-technology-support dir=”ltr”}## Assist with server resources (print queues, network shares, etc.) {#assist-with-server-resources-print-queues-network-shares-etc. dir=”ltr”}## Responsible for technical support for various databases.

Required Qualifications:

A.S. degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, 1-3 years of related experience, and a valid TN Driver’s License {#required-qualifications-a.s

Preferred Qualifications:
