We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator with 8-10 years of experience in desktop and infrastructure management. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop systems and related infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction in a manufacturing technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support desktop environments, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Administer server and network components including installation, updates, and monitoring. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, security tools, printers, and surveillance systems. Support and troubleshoot label design software and basic manufacturing technology software. Perform OS-level support for Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows Server versions 2008, 2012, and 2016. Execute basic scripting for system automation using VBScript and PowerShell. Conduct basic SQL troubleshooting for backend support. Maintain strong documentation of system changes and resolution steps.
