Tech Support Job Opening Summary:
Cash Express, LLC is seeking a talented individual to join a growing IT team to provide in office help desk support to almost 300 retail locations. The individual will demonstrate high levels of customer service to store CSRs, successful application & workstation troubleshooting, and take the initiative to solve basic IT problems. Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and work in office. Full-time position with healthcare benefits, PTO, and a flexible schedule. Job Responsibilities Technical support for close to 300 retail locations (phone/email/ticket system) Point of Sale application troubleshooting and support Operating System and Software installation Basic network setup and troubleshooting•Ability to perform basic firewall configuration • Ability to configure/maintain managed network switches Hardware preparation for retail use (computers, networking equipment, printers, etc.) Occasional trips during work week to setup computer equipment in retail locations
CCTV/Alarm System Troubleshooting Hours Tech Support Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 7:30am•7pm Saturday 7:30 am•4pm Skills Any applicant should have the following skill sets: Experience with Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office Basic Computer Repair Knowledge Basic Networking Knowledge (Firewalls, managed switches, basic TCP/IP protocols) Help Desk Experience Good Work Ethic and Ability to Work Well with a
