JOB SUMMARY A

successful Repair tech is responsible for handling multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve set production output goals. The tech must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Software. Techs must be able to read, comprehend, understand and follow all Work Instructions for each function performed. Have the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues as well as identify potential quality related problems quickly. Excellent troubleshooting skills to isolate and diagnose common hardware/software problems. Ability to replace and repair desktop and laptop parts. Ability to recognize cosmetic defects or flaws and be able to tear down/replace cosmetic repairs. Position is in warehouse environment.
