Business System Solutions is currently seeking an IT Systems Specialist who is hungry, humble and smart! Our new teammate is someone who excels at taking great care of current client relationships, helping new clients feel at ease and always thinking of new ways to create a wow experience for both new and current clients. Here are just some of the ways you will be helping us bring people and technology together: Answer incoming calls from clients, gather relevant details, and triage tickets based on priority and severity. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams after 30-60 minutes. Communicate effectively both in writing (email, ticket updates) and over the phone. Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (M365) applications, Windows operating systems, and basic PC troubleshooting. Provide support with email and Outlook troubleshooting and configuration. Travel to client locations within the area to provide face-to-face support and perform light-to-moderate physical tasks. Own the ticket/issue, follow through to final resolution or escalation, and keep clients informed of progress and status. In addition to the requirements listed above, our IT engineers should also be able to perform light-to-moderate physical tasks while onsite at client locations.

This may include:

Moving and setting up computer equipment Cabling and wiring Racking and mounting equipment Performing basic troubleshooting on physical hardware.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus. Prior experience in a technical support role preferred. Prior experience with ConnectWise suite or other ticketing systems are a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
