We have the opportunity for you! We need to add another team member to our Enterprise Help Desk Team. The role consists of pre configuring CCTV and Access Control systems for installers; Trouble shooting and resolving security system help desk tickets for our national accounts; Scheduling work orders for our field techs or sub contractors to go on site and fix issues that can’t be fixed remotely. Strong computer skills as well as basic understanding of networking, systems programming, and installation is required.
