We are currently seeking an IT-experienced individual in Memphis, TN. You will be part of the Technician Support Team. A Monday-Friday schedule with daytime hours and great benefits. Key Responsibilities

Data Center IT Support Hardware Installation and Configuration:

Install, configure, and decommission servers, network devices, and other hardware components. Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including server crashes, network connectivity problems, and power failures. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of data center equipment.

Cabling and Connectivity:

Manage and organize network cabling, including patch panel connections and cable labeling. Ensure proper cable management to maintain a clean and efficient data center environment.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor data center infrastructure for alarms and alerts, and respond promptly to any issues. Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, maintenance activities, and incident reports.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with remote technical teams to provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to data center policies and procedures, including security protocols and safety guidelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data center operations. Required Skills and Knowledge

• Data Center IT Support Familiarity with data center management tools and software Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations Education and Experience
