ProTech is seeking a Desk Support Specialist for a 1-year contract role with a large serviceanization in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. This individual will work onsite, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Arizona time.

Job Description:

This onsite support person will play a crucial role in providing technical services, as Scottsdale hostpany meetings for different departments, including the CEO and his executive team. As a Sr. Systems Support Specialist, it provides world-class tech support to fellow employees in aplex environment that moves at a lightning-fast pace. The support specialist works within a team independently, anticipating and responding to the needs of our client and client’s other brands team members with technical requests. Support and install approved SW/HW, diagnoseplex emergent hardware and software issues, and provides ongoing support for the equipment employees use in their day-to-day work. Looking at someone withmunication skills and a friendly personality, ensuring fellow team members and customers of the service desk k they are in right hands to fix their technical problems, calmly, politely and with urgency when needed. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:
Windows 11
Office 365
Intune
Web applications
Wireless technologies
Point

VoIP Key Qualifications:

Proven experience with the technologies listed above.
