Weare seeking a highly motivated IT Specialist (Event Support) with astrong technical background and excellent communication skills.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys workingin a dynamic environment, supporting both onsite and virtualcorporate events. The ideal candidate will be responsible forcoordinating, setting up, and troubleshooting technology needs forvarious events, ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary IT support resource for corporate events,handling both onsite and virtual technology needs. Set up,configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware, software, and networkconnectivity. Collaborate with event teams, vendors, and staff atall levels to ensure smooth execution of technology-related eventlogistics. Schedule and coordinate event IT needs, includinginternet setup, phone configurations, and equipment management.

Provide real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution duringevents. Maintain thorough documentation and follow best practicesfor IT event support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strongcommunication and customer service skills – ability to interactprofessionally with staff at all levels. Highly organized anddetail-oriented – able to document and manage multiple event setupseffectively. Hands-on IT experience – comfortable with hardwaresetup, network troubleshooting, and supporting various eventtechnologies. Knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems -familiarity with Apple iOS and mobile device support. Experienceworking with IT ticketing systems (such as JIRA) and collaborationtools (such as Confluence) is a plus. Ability to travel – mayrequire up to 50% travel to support events in various locations.

Flexibility to work outside normal business hours, includingevenings and weekends, as needed. Preferred (Bonus)

Skills:

Familiarity with Cisco Meraki network solutions. Experience workingin corporate events or understanding event logistics. Knowledge ofstreaming technologies and devices such as Google Chromecast.
