Standard Package with Credit Check Required About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in business analysis, system migrations, and enterprise-level IT projects. You’ll play a key role in gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Lead the business analysis phase for enterprise IT projects. Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed documentation including process diagrams, wireframes, and report mock-ups. Collaborate with project managers, business users, and IT teams to ensure alignment. Support system migrations, upgrades, and data visualization initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis or a related field. Strong knowledge of PL/SQL. Experience with tools such as

SAP BO, SAP

HANA, Oracle Exadata, or Power BI. Familiarity with multi-line claims management systems is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Skills & Competencies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
Work Environment Remote work allowed (preferred locations: Memphis, TN or Irving, TX). Occasional travel may be required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
