Over the next 40 years, Kele Companies has grown into a world class building and industrial automation distributor, with our headquarters remaining strategically located in Memphis, Tennessee and branch locations positioned in multiple states throughout the U.S. and we are in search of a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. We are currently hiring for the role of Technical Sales Support Specialist. The Technical Sales Support Specialist provides technical expertise, guidance, and support to both internal and external customers for Kele products and services. Essential Responsibilities Actively promotes Kele’s products and services utilizing ASLAN principles and communicating Kele’s value propositions to customers. Provides exceptional personal customer service to all internal and external customers by supporting Kele’s 5 Keys to Customer Service. Serves as the primary technical owner in the will call area. Creates panel diagrams using designated software as required. Logs all internal and external correspondence in CRM software. Resolves customer concerns by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to leadership. Serves as a secondary resource for product questions and product application information for all internal and external customers through face-to-face, phone, e-mail, chat, and fax communications. Provides assistance as overflow support for sales calls as necessary. Updates appropriate repository with query solutions, identified product shortcomings/ solutions and technical solutions developed for customers. Attends training sessions and maintains technical proficiency on all issues that are applicable to our customers and industry. Preferred Qualifications Two to four years of undergraduate work, associate degree, or applicable certification Minimum of two years of related work experience Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn and use company software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
