IT Help Desk Support 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 1399 Gateway Drive, Gallatin, TN 37066 3 Arrow Services is seeking a motivated, driven, and customer-oriented individual to join our Help Desk team. As Help Desk Support, you will provide technical assistance and support to our internal and external users. You will diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues on-site, and remotely via phone, email, or chat. What You’ll Do:

Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues. Assist customers with hardware and software related issues. Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues. Log all helpdesk interactions in the ticketing system accurately. Adhere to contractual SLA’s (Service-Level Agreements) set forth by the company. Be subject to performance reviews and assessment based primarily on helpdesk activity. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical support teams. Ensure all issues are properly documented and resolved in a timely manner. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily. Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical training is a plus. Proven experience in a customer support role is desirable but not required. Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Proven experience in a technical support role is required. Strong problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and troubleshooting capabilities.

Excellent communication skills:

ability to explain technical information clearly. Ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative on new technologies and procedures.

Preferred:

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are advantageous. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is a plus. Experience in supporting Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems. Understanding of ITIL principles is beneficial.

Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional evening and weekend work to handle client needs. This position may require lifting and moving equipment not to exceed 30 pounds.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
