IVX Health is seeking a Business Systems Support Technician to provide vital technical support and system administration for our core platforms—including our practice management system, Unlimited Financials. In this hybrid role based in Brentwood, TN , you’ll play a key role in supporting the reliability and efficiency of our business systems, contributing directly to IVX Health’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care. The position begins with a fully onsite training and onboarding period, then transitions to a hybrid schedule of 3

• 4 days per week in the office as you become fully integrated into the role.

What You Will Do System Support & Troubleshooting Provide hands-on support for IVX’s core business systems, including Unlimited Financials, EMR, inventory, and CRM platforms. Triage and resolve system issues and manage the business systems ticket queue. Perform root cause analysis and escalate to internal or external parties as needed. Business Systems Administration Assist with system setup, user permissions, configurations, and scheduling updates. Maintain accurate documentation of system administration processes and procedures. User Support & Training Provide technical guidance and support to system users across the organization. Collaborate with the Training and Business Systems teams to create user-friendly guides and documentation. IT Security & Compliance Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements, including HIPAA and GDPR regulations. Assist in implementing data protection protocols and firewall oversight as needed. Additional Duties Support business system enhancements and participate in broader IT initiatives as assigned. What We Are Looking For Technical & Troubleshooting Skills Experience supporting business systems like EMRs, CRMs, or practice management software. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving system issues efficiently. Strong Communicator & Collaborator Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all technical levels. Ability to translate complex technical topics into user-friendly guidance. Systems & Networking Knowledge Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, routing). Working knowledge of IT security principles and regulatory requirements. Proactive & Adaptable Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
