The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities Offer desktop support to end-users in person, via phone, or remote tools Manage IT support tickets using Remedy or similar ticketing systems Perform computer management tasks such as software installations and updates Provide technical support for computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity Set up and configure VPN connections for remote users Analyze technical issues to determine root causes and implement solutions Experience Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT support role Proficiency in computer management, technical support, and troubleshooting Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals Familiarity with VPN setup and configuration Strong skills in analyzing technical issues and providing effective solutions Understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols
