IT Support Specialist:
Provide timely support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end users Manage accounts, permissions, and configurations Assist with new hire onboarding and device setups Maintain documentation and track issues through a ticketing system Support basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed Still Interested?
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
