Temporary IT Support Tech – 2 Month Contract 1099 Roles and Responsibilities High School Diploma or GED required Must be well-organized and able to meet deadlines Must be receptive to feedback, coaching and development Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines Protect the health care privacy of patients by following HIPAA regulations Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team Exceptional verbal, listening and written communication skills are required Positive attitude and a desire to succeed Comfortable with using a printer, copier, scanner, as well as Excel, Word, and Outlook Position Requirements responsible for sorting, processing, and receiving “Returned to Sender” mail Entering critical data into Excel and Salesforce as required Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed Keep detailed and accurate records of inventory Provide support and troubleshooting to field operations and corporate teams Communicating with a positive attitude, building rapport with colleagues and vendors Performs other duties as assigned About Monogram Health Monogram Health is a next-generation, value-based chronic condition risk provider serving patients living with chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease and their related metabolic disorders.
