JOB DESCRIPTION

Install, deploy, and manage RHEL Linux and Windows based environments
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the server/storage/network devices
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problem
Provide support for the dispatch system on software/hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process
Installs/loads operating system and application software
Isolate and resolve hardware and software problems involving the applications, operating system, hardware,munications infrastructure, or anybination thereof
Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure networkponents along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
Experience with application of security settings and othermercial best practices such as STIGS.

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Secret clearance
8570pliance certification required
Ability to travel and live abroad for 6-7 months at a time supporting multiple Army sites
Minimum of 2 years of systems experience
Must have experience with Red Hat, Windows, STIG,PKI

Preferred:

Dell hardware experience
