Strategic Growth:

This role is pivotal for driving thestrategic growth of our architectural practice. The ideal candidatewill possess established client relationships and a track record ofcultivating new connections at local and regional levels.

Leadership Skills:

Possess strong leadership, organizational,technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Anexperienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with ahands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse,multidisciplinary team.

Project Coordination:

Interpreting, organizing, executing, andcoordinating large architectural led design assignments withresponsibility for all aspects of the overall program and specificprojects.

Client Meetings:

Leading client meetings, facilitatingdecisions to resolve important questions, and planning/coordinationof overall programs and specific projects.

Travel:

Travel required.

What We Offer:
Salary Range:

$130,000

  • $180,000/year depending on location,education, experience, and any certifications that are directlyrelated to the position.

In addition to our competitive andmarket-driven data compensation ranges, this role includeseligibility for our annual, target bonus/incentive program. Ourtarget bonus program is based on company and individual performanceand goals.

Qualifications Who We Need:
Educational Background:

Bachelor or Master Degree inArchitecture and registration as a Licensed Architectrequired.

Professional Experience:

Twelve (12) or more years of relatedpractical experience required.

Technical Expertise:

Strong background in the design anddevelopment of government facilities (i.e., judicial/courthousestructures).

Flexibility:

Flexibility to work with a variety of projecttypes on multiple, concurrent projects in various stages ofdevelopment.

Software Proficiency:
