C3BM DOORS
Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, AL. Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) and Ballistic Missile Defense System Overhead Persistent Infra-Red Architecture (BOA) engineering, integration, capability assessment, new functionality development, and multi-national exchange designs. Systems engineering tasking includes translating mission objectives into detailed technical requirements, ensuring bi-directional traceability between system specifications, participating in reviews and assessments of

engineering products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining
IBM DOORS
to enhance traceability and compliance across MDA/BC technical requirements baselines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Update, maintain, and manage the MDA/BC requirements database using requirements management tools (e.g.
IBM DOORS
). Ensure requirements traceability across various levels of requirements decomposition. Utilize
IBM DOORS
eXtension Langauge (DXL) to develop scripts for automation, reporting, and data analysis. Ensure proper structuring of requirements, version control, and data integrity within
IBM DOORS.
Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and key stakeholders to integrate
IBM DOORS
with other tools (e.g., IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management, JIRA, MATLAB, etc.) Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to MDA/BC personnel on
IBM DOORS
usage and best practices. Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM software builds. Prepare assessments and reports regarding C2BMC and BOA requirements, specifications, and capabilities, including but not limited to partition/module exchanges; trace activities between system-level requirements and subsystem-level requirements; and interface controls. Generate customized assessments, reports, dashboards, and traceability matrices to support MDA/BC program requirements reviews and audits. Engage in follow-on actions such as documentation reviews, informational updates, and technical assessments for MDA/BC technical boards and working groups (e.g. Engineering Review Board/Internal Configuration Control Board, Operational Capability List Working Group, C2BMC Requirements Working Group, Interface Control Working Group, and System Engineering Prepare official meeting minutes and track action items to closure. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience required Active Secret clearance Understanding of requirements engineering principles and lifecycle management Experience with
IBM DOORS
(e.g. Classic or NextGen) and DXL scripting Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) standards (e.g. space, defense, etc.) Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies for connecting
