Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented C3BM Principle Systems Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, AL. You will support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. Job Requirements Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for
C2BMC, MDS
Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between
MDA/BC, BC
contractors, and MDS Elements.
- Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
- Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions. Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Master’s Degree in STEM
- Experience with generating and/or reviewing artifacts for major engineering technical reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and IETR events
- Experience or familiarity with MDA weapon systems, radars, or C2BMC or
BMDS OPIR
Architecture (BOA)
- Experience with assessing technical requirements and/or Interface Control Documents
- Possess both practical and theoretical technical/engineering knowledge in Infrared and/or RF sensor systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Desired Qualifications
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
- TS clearance with SCI Eligibility
