PrimaryResponsibilities:
The candidate will provide computer science andsoftware engineering research support for
Army S&Tprojects:
Research and implement innovative computing and softwaresystems engineering approaches within the Future Vertical LiftFamily of Systems.
Advise government on implementation of computingand/or software strategies for aviation platforms and potentially,ground systems.
Coordinate with other project engineers to developmethods to predict software module interactions.
Participate inworking groups and collaborative organizations to promote andadvance engineering principles.
Desired Education:
Bachelors degreein computer science or systems engineering with a mathematicsbackground in optimization.
Allowable Experience/EducationSubstitutions:
Experience can be substituted for education.
Six (6)years work experience or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) yearswork experience may be substituted for a
Bachelor’s DegreeSecurityClearance Required:
