Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Red Hat Platform Engineer to lead transformation and optimization across operational systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Kubernetes
, Ansible
, Red Hat
, and Azure Cloud
, while fostering a high-performance team culture focused on SLA adherence
, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement operational system enhancements using Kubernetes and Ansible
, streamlining workflows and supporting strategic planning
Collaborate with clients to capture business and technical requirements, ensuring expectations are exceeded via effective use of Azure Cloud and Red Hat technologies
Lead and mentor support teams in leveraging Red Hat Clusters and containerized environments, while ensuring clear communication of project goals
Promote innovation in container orchestration and operational processes by establishing best practices and driving DevOps efficiency
Deliver customized technical solutions aligned to business outcomes using automation and cloud-native tooling
Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency with Kubernetes and container-based architectures
Hands-on experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation
Expertise in Red Hat Linux administration and Cluster Management
Familiarity with Azure Cloud solutions and operational environments
Strong problem-solving, client communication, and leadership skills
