Description SAIC is seeking a System Integration Manager to serve on a team supporting SAIC’s Integrated Battle Command Systems (IBCS) Team in Huntsville, AL.

In this role, you will oversee the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of systems integration engineers and specialists
Develop strategic plans for integration projects and ensure timely execution
Oversee multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk assessments
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish deliverables
Design, implement, and optimize integration solutions involving various technologies and platforms
Provide regular updates and reports on project status, challenges, and achievements
Collaborate with other departments to align integration projects with business goals and objectives Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more experience; Four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
REQUIRED SKILLS
Experience identifying, analyzing, and coordinating stakeholder needs and translating them into technical or operational requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, including the ability to communicate with senior government officials on a regular basis
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize, and articulate competing demands to peers and management
Proficiency in integration tools and platforms
Proven experience in managing large-scale integration projects
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
