Lockheed Martin is looking for a highly motivated Systems Engineer to be a member of the Systems Design and Integration Team.
As a Systems Engineer – Senior, you will:
- Draft, review, and release requirements specification documents, including defining the requirements and verification baseline
- Establish system architecture and CONOPS, perform system-level design and deosition into requirements
- Perform system analysis and interface definition and management/ execution
- Participate in studies and system trades for enhanced capabilities
- Develop plans to on-ramp new mission capabilities while protecting the primary mission
- Participate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews
Desired skills - Preferred 2+ years of experience with Hypersonic Programs
- 3+ years with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test, with knowledge of space, missile, and launch systems at the onent through system level
- Experience in requirements specifications definition, development, verification processes, deosition, allocation, and tools
- Experience ensuring the physical and functional atibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program
- Experiencing interacting with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
- Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
- Active Secret security clearance

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 – $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
