Description:
AAA USA, Inc. is seeking experienced Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge digital infrastructure solutions.
Essential Functions:
Pre-Sales Solution Architecture & Design:
Collaborate with account executives, clients, and technology partners to understand business requirements and design tailored infrastructure solutions. Develop comprehensive architecture designs covering networking, cloud, and security environments. Create technical documentation including Statements of Work (SOWs), solution proposals, and Bill of Materials (BOMs). Lead technical whiteboarding and discovery sessions with customers to establish solution roadmaps and design strategies.
Client Advisory & Technical Consultation:
Serve as a trusted technology advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance aligned with their digital transformation goals. Conduct network assessments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to align IT infrastructure with operational objectives. Translate complex networking and security concepts into clear, business-oriented messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Infrastructure Design & Innovation:
Architect and validate solutions across: Core and edge routing/switching (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Extreme) Wireless and mobility platforms (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus) Software-Defined Networking (SDN), SD-WAN Cloud-native network architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Cybersecurity solutions including firewalls, Zero Trust, and NAC Continuously explore emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and enhance solution offerings.
Sales Enablement & Business Development:
Partner with sales and business development teams to shape go-to-market strategies and support key sales initiatives. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions. Deliver internal technical enablement, product training, and workshops for sales and channel partners.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
Maintain up-to-date architecture diagrams, solution reference materials, and technical standards. Author whitepapers, solution briefs, and case studies to promote thought leadership. Actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing communities and technical forums.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture. Strong background in enterprise networking, security, data center, and cloud architecture. Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and translate business needs into effective technical solution.
