ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring ConditionBased Maintenance (CBM) programs.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

Responsible for monitoring reliability based systems includingpreventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis and conditionmonitoring. Participate in the creation of preventative maintenanceroutines (PMRs) and bill of materials (BOMs) for plantequipment. Management of the preventative/predictive maintenance programs(Inspection, Vibration, Oil Analysis, NDT, thermography, etc.) toensure optimum equipment availability. Responsible for the preventative maintenance work order systemwith coordinated execution of the area operations and centralmaintenance teams. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for reliabilityteam and plant area teams in a manner consistent with ourvalues. Accountable for providing leadership, development and coachingon individual performance to direct reports to achieve businessresults. Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems though rootcause analysis, Pareto analysis, statistical review, FMEA andsimilar techniques. Responsible for the facilitation of continuous improvementprocesses around equipment availability and reliability. Support and guide sustainable improvements in MTBF of majorequipment. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving andadhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all workenvironments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibitthese behaviors.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Field of Study Preferred:
Mechanical Engineering Required Work Experience:

5-7 Years. Experience in heavymanufacturing environment is heavily preferred.

Required Computer and Software Skills:

SAP, Autocad, Project,Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.)

Travel Requirements:

0-10% Additional Requirements Experience in FFT analysis of vibration spectra on a range ofheavy industrial plant Experience in practical application of

FMEA, NDT

inspectiontechniques preferred Working knowledge of instrumentation, process controls, motors,starts, VFD’s preferred Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols andproper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment(“PPE”), including but not limited to respirators. Employees thatare required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where therespirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative andquantitative fit tests.
