Job Summary The Infra Ops Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of infrastructure systems with a focus on Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring and Splunk. This role requires a deep understanding of monitoring tools to optimize system performance and reliability. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts and will not require travel. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems using Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Analyze system performance data using Splunk to identify trends and potential issues before they impact operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance system reliability and efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures to support operational excellence. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly. Implement best practices for system monitoring and alerting to proactively address potential disruptions. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. Optimize infrastructure resources to improve cost-efficiency and performance. Participate in capacity planning and forecasting to support future growth and scalability. Ensure security protocols are adhered to and assist in the development of security strategies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support. Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure operations and processes. Qualifications Possess extensive experience with Dynatrace Synthetic Monitoring and Splunk demonstrating the ability to leverage these tools effectively. Have a strong background in infrastructure operations with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Demonstrate proficiency in documenting technical processes and procedures.
