Position Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain applications. Develop user-friendly interfaces. Implement and manage web services to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Design, implement, and optimize databases. Ensure data integrity. Perform data migrations and manage large datasets typical in warehouse environments. Design and implement warehouse control systems to improve efficiency. Customize Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) solutions to meet the specific needs of the warehouse operations. Ensure code is correctly versioned and tracked. Coordinate with team members, manage project timelines, and ensure project goals are met. Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed. Mentor junior developers, helping them to develop their skills and improve their performance. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Implement testing procedures and frameworks to ensure software reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the WCS and related systems. Provide support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the systems developed. Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems and processes. Ensure systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Continuously look for ways to improve development processes, system performance, and operational efficiency. Stay updated with the latest technologies and evaluate their applicability to the warehouse control systems.

Position Requirements:

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, or related field, PLUS one (1) year of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: C#.NET; VB.NET; ASP.NET; WPF; C; C++; SQL; PL/SQL; SOAP; RESTAPI; SQL Server; Microsoft Visual Studio, and; TFS. Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 30%, as required. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
