As a key member of our Systems Architecture group, you’ll lead the design and integration of cutting-edge thermal fluid systems—including air, vapor, and liquid-based cooling and heating systems. This is not just about components—it’s about defining system-level architecture that meets critical criteria for performance, safety, reliability, controllability, installation, and cost. What You Will Do Performing analysis at all levels of the total system product including concept, design, modeling, installation, operation, and maintenance. Decomposition of customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system and piece part requirements. Modeling system architecture for analyzing architecture impacts on performance, safety, reliability, controllability, installation, and cost. Plan and coordinate activities across system engineering Applies scientific principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement technologies, components, sub-systems, machines, tools, and systems to ensure compliance to specifications, requirements, and customer guarantees across applicable operating conditions. Ensures novel ideas and implementations are captured and protected using applicable IP processes and tools. Collaborate with customers to establish specifications, performs analysis, and plan performance testing in system laboratories as well as aircraft flight test. Analyze test results for consistency with performance predictions and compliance to system requirements Qualifications You Must Have Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience Qualifications We Prefer Proven experience in requirements management and decomposition of customer/system-level requirements into sub-system and component-level specifications using tools like

Hands-on expertise with 1-dimensional performance analysis and incorporating 3D dimensional layout constraints into performance analysis Strong background in systems engineering processes and ARP4754 standards, with experience in designing for physical integration, and architecting for controllability, safety, reliability, weight, cost and performance. Proficiency in modeling system architectures using MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML) to assess performance, reliability, safety, and cost impacts across the system lifecycle. - 164,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
